Wasaya Prop Shop’s 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility is located on a two-acre property. The 2006 purchase of the complete Dowty propeller Dart line from Smith Aerospace has allowed us to expand our services.
A new facility for Dowty, McCauley, Hartzell, MT Propellers and Hamilton Sundstrand composite propellers will be built in 2012 as a stand alone to prevent cross contaminations between metals and composite materials. We’ll also have the ability to handle large and small contracts for all fleet sizes.
Safety
We work hard to provide a safe working environment. To achieve our goal of an accident-free workplace, we continually introduce measures to reduce accident frequency and severity.
Our team is trained in the International Civil Aviation Organization’s Human Factors Programme, the Government of Canada’s Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHIMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS), Transport Canada Training (CARS) and the Canadian Red Cross's First Aid and CPR.
